CANCELLATION POLICY: Part of S’Olivar’s charm lies in its private, intimate and exclusive character, as well as in the small number of rooms relative to the finca’s or the pool’s size. The 4 rooms and 2 small hermitages allow a maximum of 12-14 people. We have consciously chosen to remain outside the circuit of large travel agencies and booking centers. Cancelling a reservation or shortening the stay shortly before arrival results in an important loss to us, since it is not possible to fill the unit again – or easily - given that most of our bookings are made well in advance. Thus, when you cancel your reservation either partially or completely within 15 days prior to the arrival date, or interrupt your stay, for reasons other than the Foundation may be responsible for, we will not return the 50% advance payment. Only in the case that we be able to fill the unit again for the entire or partial duration of the stay, we will refund the entire or partial amount of the advance. We thus recommend our clients to get Travel Cancellation Insurance which offers wide coverage at low rates. |
